Double Din unit

Postby Nigelg » Fri Dec 09, 2016 9:43 am

Hi Guys

I have an option of buying a year old Caska unit for my mk5 gti as opposed to the RNS510 chinese replicas for more or less the same price for both.

What would the best bet be , any views on the caska unit - Model number CAW-52

Nigel,
I had one of the initial CASKA units in my Hilux Raider-the unit I installed had plenty of features(Navigation/Blue tooth /USB/TV /Rev cam) worked well except the programming had to be redone by the CASKA guys.If you getting it with some sort of warranty -then go for it.

I had a caska unit in my mk5 gti. Worked well for me. The interface was a bit crap but it does what it's supposed to do. Never had any issues with it.
