Can someone please explain the differences between 2 and 2+ please , I understand you need the HPFP for 2+
but how much of an improvement is there over 2
also can somebody explain to me about the different octane maps are these the same as stg1,2 and 2+ ??
is stg 2+ another name for 100octane map ?

can you run stg2+ on 95 pump fuel?

Also is it possible to use the cruise control to switch between stock , 2 and 2+ , like if i have the HPFP fitted will it break something if a switch to stock then ?
thanks guys

Golf 6 or golf 5 ?
You dont need the hpfp for the golf 6.
Stage 1 is software and intake, the stage 2/2+ is when you fit the downpipe.
You get different octane maps for each stage. So you can run 95 map with pump feul, or switch to a higher map depending on what gummi berry juice you addind to your feul. Hope this helps bud

Shot Bud

Ja its a G5 , according to the APR website you only need DP and HPFP to go 2+
and the recoomended upgrades are Intake , full exhaust and IC

so lets say you chuck in NFUltra how long must u wait before you can switch to the higher octane map?

cheers

From what i have heard you do need to do the hpfp for the G5's.
I normally make sure my tank is almost empty, chuck in whatever nf you want and then fill up accordingly. I just drive like a crazi person for a couple of km to make sure it mixes properly. Then ill switch the map to the desired one according to your feul/nf mix. No problems so far ;-)

Bottle of NF to a 1/4 tank of petrol, fill up the rest, drive +- 30 km's, switch map. ;)
