I am also planning a 3.2 build but probably a different vag body. :like:

Thank you for the very positive comments guys.

Rascal thank you for that link, I emailed the guys to see which 3.2 TT they have that's being stripped.

So the build has been quite for the last few weeks and this is not to say that things have not been happening. As a heads up and to keep the interests this is whats happened / happening or in the pipe line:

Happening or happened.
- The parts to upgrade the sound system have been ordered - once its all been installed I will share the details.
- The rods and pistons and VW bits have all been spec'd and on order.
- The engine mounts have been upgraded to new OEM ones. The original mounts were well and truly worn.

Pipeline:
- I am designing my own intake manifold in an attempt to change the layout and flow of the air from the turbo to the intake manifold in an attempt to reduce the piping length.
- I am looking to change the handbrake to an electronic parking brake. This is surprisingly easier than one would think. The hardest pipe is intergrating it into the cockpit to make it look OEM.
- I am working on installing DRL's in the headlights. I messed around with the Chinese flexible DRL's strips much to the behest of Riaz. To that end then I am now researching how the OEM guys do it. This will be treated as a side item as time allows.

Thats a snap shot of where we are currently. Thanks for reading.
