Water Restrictions

Postby TechRoss » Tue Feb 07, 2017 9:34 am

hey guys, so I just got my new Clubsport, and she needs her first wash.
What are you guys doing to clean up your cars with the water restrictions and everything.
I love washing my own car but without a hose I am not sure.
The idiots at the car wash are not going to do the kind of job I would have in mind.

I have seen some small self contained pressure washers, not that powerful but if the car is not to dirty might work. Anybody used one?

I see a lot of on-line places talk about no rinse solutions but don't seen to be able to get anything like that affordably here in JHB.

Otherwise, maybe some place you do trust someplace near Northgate, Clearwater etc.

Ta,

Ross

Still restrictions in place until gazetted whatever the hell that means but my view if they have the sluice gates open to get rid of water, washing my car will help them out. Pity I had it done on Sunday at Soapy Rides. ( Well not pity because they did a really good job. Just wish car places would not wipe in circles)

Holy cow that is high. Thought they nailed you on your bill or something. Was that just for washing cars.
